Technology layer for digital card access through regulated partners

SaaSCard is building an IT platform and integration layer for customers who need managed access to virtual card infrastructure for foreign digital services, SaaS subscriptions and online tools. SaaSCard does not issue cards, open payment accounts or hold client funds in its technical operator capacity.

Controls 3DS + limits

Designed around issuer-approved card programme controls.

Built as an IT integration platform

SaaSCard provides product software, customer interfaces, support workflows and API integrations. Regulated financial functions are performed by approved issuing, banking and payment partners.

Customer interface

The platform provides web and mobile-first flows for card ordering, card management, transaction visibility and support.

Partner integration

Card issuing, payment acceptance, safeguarding or settlement, network access and mandatory checks are handled through partner infrastructure.

No client fund custody

SaaSCard is structured so client funds are not collected on accounts of the technical operator. Payment recipients and programme terms are disclosed before any live payment flow.

Operating model for service reviews

This public profile is intended to help banks, payment operators, issuing partners, infrastructure providers and platform reviewers understand the planned allocation of responsibilities.

1

SaaSCard provides software, integration, customer experience, support and operational tooling.

2

Licensed or regulated partners provide payment acceptance, card issuing, card value handling, compliance checks and settlement where required.

3

Customer money is not routed through accounts of the SaaSCard technical operator. The actual payment recipient and applicable partner terms are shown before payment.

4

SaaSCard does not present itself as a bank, issuer, payment institution, e-money issuer, money transfer operator or card network member.

Compliance-first launch approach

SaaSCard is in pre-launch stage. Live payments, card issuing and cardholder access will be enabled only after the relevant partner, banking, tax/legal and programme approvals are in place.

No anonymous card issuance or uncontrolled resale model.

SaaSCard performs platform-level onboarding and KYC checks: simplified onboarding may apply up to a 150 USD limit, while full KYC is required before higher limits or expanded access.

The approved regulated partner may require additional KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, risk or monitoring checks before payment or card access is enabled.

Final cardholder terms, acceptable use, refunds, disputes and support processes are approved before live launch.

Partnering with licensed infrastructure providers

We evaluate banks, payment operators, issuing, BIN sponsorship and white-label infrastructure partners that can support a clearly documented IT-integrator model.

SaaSCard does not seek to replace licensed financial institutions. Card issuing, account/payment handling, safeguarding, settlement, scheme access and mandatory compliance checks remain with the approved regulated partner and its programme terms.

Partner requirements under evaluation

  • Clear licence, authorisation or regulated partner structure.
  • Documented funds flow where SaaSCard is not the client-money holder.
  • Written acceptance of the onboarding model: simplified KYC up to 150 USD and full KYC for higher limits.
  • Clear allocation of AML, sanctions, risk monitoring and evidence retention responsibilities.
  • Virtual cards via API.
  • 3DS/SCA support for online payments.
  • Webhook, statement and reconciliation support.
  • Clear commercial, reserve, refund and dispute responsibilities.
