These website terms describe a pre-launch verification profile. They are not a cardholder agreement, payment account agreement or offer to provide regulated financial services. Final customer and cardholder terms must be approved by the selected regulated partners and legal counsel before live launch.
1. Website purpose
This website is provided for service review, payment operator review and infrastructure partner screening. SaaSCard is a pre-launch IT platform and integration layer for digital card access through approved regulated partners.
2. No regulated financial service by SaaSCard
SaaSCard does not present itself as a bank, issuer, payment institution, e-money issuer, money transfer operator or card network member. Nothing on this website represents an offer by SaaSCard to issue cards, open payment accounts, hold client funds, transfer money or provide regulated financial services.
3. Partner-led financial infrastructure
Any future payment acceptance, card issuing, card value handling, safeguarding, settlement, AML, sanctions screening, monitoring, refunds and dispute handling will be performed under the rules of the approved licensed or regulated partner, servicing bank, issuer, BIN sponsor or other disclosed contracting entity.
4. No client fund custody by the technical operator
SaaSCard is structured so client funds are not collected on accounts of the technical operator. The actual payment recipient, applicable programme terms, refund rules and legal contracting party must be disclosed before any live payment flow is enabled.
5. Onboarding and KYC
The planned onboarding model includes platform-level customer checks. Simplified onboarding may apply up to a 150 USD limit where permitted by the relevant partner programme. Full KYC is required before higher limits, expanded access or other higher-risk use. The approved regulated partner may require additional identity, AML, sanctions, risk or monitoring checks before payment or card access is enabled.
6. Business inquiries
Information submitted through the website or email may be used to assess business, payment, issuing, infrastructure or partnership opportunities.
7. No reliance
