This is a pre-launch website terms template. It is not a cardholder agreement and does not describe an active card issuing programme. Final customer and cardholder terms must be approved by the selected issuer, BIN sponsor and legal counsel.

This website is provided for business and infrastructure partner screening. SaaSCard is in pre-launch stage and is evaluating issuing, BIN sponsorship and white-label card issuing partners.
2. No active card programme
Nothing on this website represents an offer to issue cards, provide regulated financial services or open accounts. Any future card issuing functionality will be subject to approval by regulated issuing partners, applicable programme terms and customer eligibility checks.
3. Business inquiries
Information submitted through the website or email may be used to assess business, issuing, infrastructure or partnership opportunities.
4. No reliance
