1. Who we are

SaaSCard is a pre-launch IT platform and integration layer for digital card access through approved regulated partners. SaaSCard does not act as the issuer, bank, payment institution, e-money issuer or money transfer operator.

2. Information we may collect

During pre-launch service review and partner screening, we may collect:

• Business contact details, such as name, email, company and role.
• Information submitted through contact forms or email.
• Business profile information shared by potential partners or reviewers.
• Technical website usage data, if analytics are enabled.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Respond to partner or business inquiries.
• Evaluate payment, issuing, BIN sponsorship or infrastructure partnerships.
• Prepare for KYB, contracting and product launch discussions.
• Maintain business records and protect against misuse.

4. Sharing

We may share information with prospective payment, issuing, banking or infrastructure partners, legal, compliance, technical and business advisors where needed for partner screening, KYB preparation or product evaluation.

5. Sensitive financial and identity data

The public website is not intended to collect card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP, passport scans, selfie identity documents or bank credentials. Production onboarding may include platform-level KYC checks in a dedicated secure flow. Simplified onboarding may apply up to a 150 USD limit, while full KYC is required before higher limits or expanded access. Additional checks may be performed by the approved regulated partner or its designated verification provider.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for partner screening, business evaluation, legal/compliance obligations or dispute prevention.
