This is a pre-launch privacy notice template for partner screening. It must be reviewed and adapted before production launch based on the final contracting entity, jurisdictions, issuing partner and data processors.

1. Who we are

SaaSCard is evaluating issuing partners for a planned B2B virtual card product focused on SaaS subscription spend, online services, team spend and vendor spend.

2. Information we may collect

During pre-launch partner screening, we may collect:

Business contact details, such as name, email, company and role.
Information submitted through contact forms or email.
Business profile information shared by potential partners.
Technical website usage data, if analytics are enabled.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

Respond to partner or business inquiries.
Evaluate issuing, BIN sponsorship or infrastructure partnerships.
Prepare for KYB, contracting and product launch discussions.
Maintain business records and protect against misuse.

4. Sharing

We may share information with prospective issuing partners, legal, compliance, technical and business advisors where needed for partner screening, KYB preparation or product evaluation.

5. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for partner screening, business evaluation, legal/compliance obligations or dispute prevention.
