Acceptable Use Policy

This is a pre-launch acceptable use template. Final restrictions must be aligned with the selected issuer, BIN sponsor, payment scheme rules and applicable law.

1. Intended use

The planned product is intended for verified business customers using virtual cards for legitimate business spend, including SaaS subscriptions, online software tools, team spend and vendor spend.

2. Prohibited use

Cards must not be used for:

Illegal goods or services.
Sanctioned persons, entities, countries or regions.
Anonymous or unverified card use.
Consumer gift card resale.
Cash-like transactions unless explicitly approved.
Gambling, adult content, weapons or controlled substances.
Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity.
Circumvention of merchant, platform, issuer or sanctions restrictions.
Any category prohibited by the issuer, BIN sponsor or payment scheme.

3. Controls

The platform and issuing partner may apply spending limits, merchant category restrictions, country restrictions, velocity limits, card freezes, enhanced due diligence or termination of access.
